Gift Voucher Information

We offer two types of gift voucher - monetary vouchers which are delivered immediately via email and the Restaurant Experience Vouchers which are despatched by our reception team. Our Experience vouchers, which are either collected or delivered by post, come in an attractive presentation wallet.

All of our vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date, unless otherwise requested, non-refundable and will need to be presented at time of payment in the restaurant for redemption. Reservations for the restaurant will be required, as we do book up quite quickly we do recommend that reservations are made sooner rather than later.

Emailed vouchers. Please double check your email address. Where a mailbox is full, a server is down or firewalls are present, the email may be delayed or may not be delivered. Some workplace email addresses will be subject to firewall restrictions, and some email servers may deliver the voucher to spam/junk folders. Please check these before contacting us if your voucher has not arrived.

Collections from the restaurant. Voucher collections are available from the restaurant Tuesday (10am-4pm) and Wednesday to Saturday (10am-10pm) - apart from times that the restaurant is closed for annual holiday. If you would like to arrange a collection outside of these times please contact our reception team either by telephone or email and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Postal Vouchers. A £5 postage fee is applied to all postal vouchers. Gift Vouchers are posted same day if ordered by noon Tuesday to Friday or the next working day if after noon. All vouchers are sent 1st Class Signed for & you will receive a confirmation email once the voucher has been dispatched which will include the Royal Mail Tracking number. Please note, during these unprecedented times, Royal Mail continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK's mail. However, despite their best endeavours, it's likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices.
