Are bookings necessary? Yes, due to the small size of the restaurant & bespoke nature of our menus reservations are essential.
Can you cater for any Dietary requirements? Yes, we can cater vegetarians, pescatarians, gluten free & nut free with prior notice. We will always do our best to adapt menus to accommodate other dietary requirements & can prepare a dietary specific menu where necessary but we would ask that you advise our team at the time of booking. However, please note that we do use butter throughout our menus & it cannot be fully omitted.
Are you easy to find? The restaurant is located just off The Promenade on Clarence Parade. If you are struggling to find us just click the What3Words link at the bottom of the page for exact directions.
Where is the best place to park? The restaurant is located in the centre of Cheltenham so all of the main city centre car parks are only 5-10 minutes walk away. The closest car park is the Royal Well car park - GL50 3DS or the Chelt Walk car park - GL50 3PR. There is also some on street parking close by.
Do you have a cancellation list? Yes, if you can’t find the table you are looking for via our online system please drop us an email and we will add you to our cancellation list.
Is the restaurant available for private hire? Yes, please contact our reservations team for more information regarding exclusive use events.
Is the restaurant well ventilated? Yes, the restaurant is very well ventilated; we have air conditioning alongside mechanical extraction & HEPA filters.
Do you have customer WiFi? Yes, just look for the LumiereGuest network. Any member of the team will be able to give you our latest password.
Do you have a dress code? Smart casual - smart trainers & denim are acceptable
Do you cater for children? We do not offer a children’s menu or have any facilities for small children
How long are Gift Vouchers valid for? All of our vouchers are valid for 12 months.
